Personally identifiable data

It is the “General Data Protection Law” (Law No. 13,709/2018) that establishes rules on the collection, storage and sharing of personal data, providing greater protection to the holders of such data.
SINSO Integrated Welding Solutions, a private law legal entity, registered with the CNPJ under number 30.836.109/0001-24, with headquarters at Rua Oásis das Lagunas, No. 30, block D, Morada do Ribeirão - São Mateus - ES - ES, 29936-390, establishes, below, the Privacy Policy of its SITE, as well as others described below, in order to clarify the rights, obligations and responsibilities of its Users.

1. SINSO makes the following websites available to users in general:

2. The websites described above will be referred to, as a whole, as SITE.

3. By using the SITE, the user declares to be aware that information related to his/her browsing may be collected, such as, but not limited to, search terms, most visited pages, among other information. The information will be of a statistical and anonymous nature, and will not be capable of identifying, within the current state of technology, the natural person of the user, but may be aggregated with the personal data of registered users.

4. Information will be collected using any and all technical means not prohibited by current legislation, including the use of browsing cookies, which will have no functions other than those mentioned in this Policy with regard to user data. Cookies do not collect personally identifiable information and, if desired, the user may delete them from their computer using their browser tools.

5. All information collected will be stored in the database that has security systems compatible with Brazilian market standards.

6. All information collected regarding user navigation may be used to improve their experience on the SITE, especially for analysis and adoption of improvements, such as appropriate functionalities, intuitive and user-friendly access, improving our services, developing new products, suggesting topics of interest to the user, among other actions, so that the SITE can serve users with increasing efficiency and precision.

How we treat your personal data

9. Contact Us or Contact: Customer service for anyone interested in contacting SINSO. For this purpose, the following are collected: name, email address, telephone number and the message itself. This data is used for your identification, authentication and communication related to the provision of services. If the message contains content that requires the collection of other personal data, it is up to the user to provide it, but be aware that, in the case of essential personal data, the service may not be provided if the user refuses to provide additional personal data.

Veracity of information

10. The user guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the information and data provided when using the SITE's features, assuming the corresponding responsibility in the event of inaccuracy, and undertakes to keep them updated. SINSO assumes no responsibility in the event of inaccuracy of the data provided.

IP Address and Geolocation Data

11. SINSO identifies the IP (Internet Protocol) address of its users to increase their security, since, in the event of fraud, it may provide the same to the police and judicial authorities, in accordance with the provisions of the Internet Civil Rights Framework. Approximate geolocation data will be collected from users so that SINSO can prepare specific commercial actions for certain regions, communicate with the public regionally to offer promotions, measure the capillarity of the SITE for more appropriate territorial coverage with its audience, among other related actions.

Cookies and other technologies

12. The SITE, online services, e-mail messages and advertising material may use "cookies" and other technologies, such as pixel tags and web beacons. These technologies help us better understand user behavior, tell us which parts of our site people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertising and web searches. We treat information obtained through cookies and other technologies as non-personal information. However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by local law, we will also treat these identifiers as personal information. Sending Communications and Advertising Messages

17. SINSO may send communications and advertising messages to its registered users or customers in general. Such communications and messages may be transmitted using all types of available technologies and means of communication, whether by e-mail, SMS, MMS, direct mail and others that may be implemented.

18. If the user is not interested in receiving the messages mentioned above, he/she may, at any time, choose to no longer receive them by simply using the link available in the message itself.

19. The SITE may contain links to other sites with their own content and privacy policies. Whenever this occurs, the user will be informed.

Users' rights regarding their personal data

20. Users have the right, upon request to the Data Protection Officer (see item 35):
I. Confirmation of the existence of personal data processing;
II. Access to personal data;
III. Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
IV. Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive data or data processed in non-compliance with the provisions of this Law;
V. Portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with ANPD regulations;
VI. Revocation of consent and consequent deletion of personal data processed, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of the LGPD;
VII. Information on public and private entities with which the controller shared data;
VIII. Information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal;

21. SINSO informs that the processing of personal data will take place during the period necessary to achieve the purposes that gave rise to the activity, and that it reserves the right to continue processing data if it has a legal basis for processing applicable to the specific case, such as, but not limited to, compliance with a legal obligation, execution of a contract, legitimate interest, among others.

The processing of personal data carried out by SINSO will be carried out within the legal basis of contract execution, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations and in legitimate interest, taking into account the user's legitimate expectation of fully enjoying the benefits granted by the SITE.

Responsibility

25. As there are no infallible or inviolable security systems, SINSO is not responsible for any damage, loss or loss of user information caused by third party conduct, as well as in cases of unforeseeable events or force majeure beyond its control.

Privacy Policy Modifications

26. Seeking continuous improvement, SINSO may change this Policy at any time, and the changes will be published on the WEBSITE for consultation at any time.
